Josh Moose is the Founder and CEO of AnalyticaOps, where he helps mission-driven organizations transform strategy into scalable action through operational precision, regulatory expertise, and systems that last. With over 20 years of combined military, federal, and leadership experience, Josh delivers results in high-stakes, high-compliance environments.
🎖️ A Proven Leader. A combat service veteran and U.S. Marine Corps leader, Josh spent a decade leading Marines across multiple countries and operational missions. As a Kennel Master and Chief Canine Trainer, he managed and deployed canine teams for tactical detection and force protection, with experience that now powers his work in civilian operations and risk mitigation.
🏛️ Federal Expertise.Josh began his federal civilian career with the USDA in 2017, working through NRCS to support landowners, agencies, and conservation programs. He later took on a pioneering role, leading advanced field operations that utilized working canines to enhance national agricultural inspections and defense.
At the USDA Professional Development Center, Josh trained officers from PPQ, Customs and Border Protection, and state agencies on ag-bioterrorism response, import/export regulations, chemical treatments, and Section 508 compliance. He also led field deployments, supported COVID-19 response efforts, and drove interagency initiatives focused on operational efficiency.
